We offer an excellent ventialtion system with our new and or re roofing jobs, by cutting out the plywood at the ridge of the roof and installing Ridge Vent it allows airflow in the attick which eliminates possibilities of Condinsation.  Condinsation is a process from which the plywood your roof is built on starts to rot from the inside out due to no airflow (wood needs to breath) A great way of detecting this is when you see the rafters literally pushing thru the shingles, the roof should be flat not wavy.
